Join Restaurant Iris Chef Kelly English, Host Chef John Bragg of Circa and UCP for a unique twist on the traditional charity food event. The 3 Course Feast, formerly known as The Great Chefs’ Tasting, will take place on Sunday, January 25th, 2009 from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the University of Memphis, Holiday Inn. Attendees will be able to get up close and personal with the culinary elite of Memphis by watching and participating in educational demos. Throughout the night, each guest will also be able to vote for his or her pick to award our chefs the inaugural, Silver Spatula Awards. The Silver Spatula will be presented for the best appetizer, main course, and dessert.

It is a great chance to show appreciation for the Memphis chefs and businesses that give back to the community, as well as supporting UCP’s mission of providing a life without limits to all affected by disabilities.
